Returns

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email with your name, order, and reason why you are not satisfied and we will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to check the size, and color of your item before purchasing to ensure it is the right piece for you. 
All earrings are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds at this time for any reason on any orders or purchases made from The Diana Tracy Collection.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your items carefully when you receive your order. If the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact customer service with the name, order number and a picture of the faulty item to

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please check sizing and color before purchasing to make sure this product is right for you.

Duties, Taxes and unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged on the item during delivery. The customer is responsible for those charges. 

Should you fail to collect your item at the time of delivery it will be sent back to us. We are not responsible for unclaimed items.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order including any apartment numbers, unit numbers, and postal codes as applicable. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped with incorrect address information entered by the customer.
